Enquiries and Referrals

Moving from one setting to another is always fraught with difficulties. When this move is part of an ongoing rehabilitation and care process it would be helpful if it were made as simple as possible for everyone, referrers, clients and families.

Enable Care offers a free assessment and planning service for all referrals that meet our admission criteria – i.e. ongoing needs as a result of an acquired brain injury for people aged 18 years and over.

We will ensure that an assessment is arranged within 24 hours of a referral being made and that the assessment and report is available with in 7 days.

If we feel that we are unable to offer a service we will make suggestions on other avenues where possible.
