Keith Hawley | Rahim Dhanani | Nicola Coveney | Duncan Sweetland

The Executive Board has the overall responsibility for the guidance of the company on policy making, administration regulation and finance.
The Board has appointed a new Clinical Advisory Board with specialist skills for the delivery of care.





Keith Hawley - Director

Keith Hawley has had a working lifetimes experience in Acquired Brain Injury, from the Kemsley Unit in 1979, the development of the some of first transitional living centres at Casa Colina Hospital California in the mid eighties, the development of Elm park for Brain injury services in the nineties and now with this exciting new development with Enable care of small specialised services for people with ongoing rehabilitation needs.
He has combined his practical experience of working with patients and families with his managerial and strategic knowledge of the services available to  develop  a new type of service for people with an acquired brain injury. One that is small, specialised and closer to the community.
Keith is an active member of both the London and Surrey acquired brain injury networks a keen supporter of any professional organisation promoting better care for people following injury and works with local communities to promote greater awareness of ABI and its consequences when ever he can.



Rahim Dhanani - Executive Director

Rahim Dhanani , Director. Rahim began his career in the finance and specialist investment industry focused on making investments mainly into the healthcare sector. Rahim was founder director of Enable Care in 2008 and also serves as a director of Carebase, a leading provider of nursing and dementia care to the elderly.

 






Nicola Coveney - Director

Nicola Coveney , Director. Nicola has been in the healthcare and hospitality industry for over 20 years and bring a wealth of experience and insight to Enable Care. Having previously been involved in the hotel industry Nicola was a founder member of Carebase in 2001,  a leading provider of nursing and dementia care to the elderly. Nicola has a successful track record in both operational management and in the development and commissioning of new units. Nicola was appointed Managing Director of Carebase in January 2010.

 




Duncan Sweetland - Finance Director

Duncan has recently joined Carebase as Group Finance Director from LTC Holdings plc, an AiM listed property investment and development company, where he spent 2 years as CFO. Prior to that he was CFO at Knight Equity Markets International.
He has 10 years experience working with Numis Corporation plc an AiM listed, FSA regulated investment bank. Shortly after joining Numis Duncan became Finance Director, a position that he held for 8 years. Duncan qualified as a chartered accountant with the Arthur Anderson partnership in 1991.
